How does drop shipping work?
Simply put, this is how it works:
1. Your retail customer places an order at your store.
2. You place the order with JEWELRY DEPOT, with your customer’s order & shipping details
3. JEWELRY DEPOT sends the item DIRECTLY to YOUR customer.

It is best to order the item online, directly onto our website. If you haven’t opened an account, please do so now:

Once you are set-up, please follow the steps to order the drop ship:
1. Select the items you wish to order
2. Separate order for each shipping address (if you have several dropship orders)
3. In the SHIPPING ADDRESS, put YOUR CUSTOMERS name & address
4. Leave your company info on the BILLING ADDRESS
5. Go to the NOTE section and type in “THIS ORDER IS FOR DROP SHIPPING”
6. We charge a minimal fee for drop shipping (on top of the S&H cost)
7. You can choose to send your own prepaid label (so you don’t get charged for S&H)
or we generate the label ourselves
8. Item is shipped in a Ziploc bag (NO BOX)
9. NO invoice is included, unless you provide us with YOUR OWN invoice or packing slip.
10. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
